The simple womens daybook

FOR TODAY .... July 6th , 2009

Outside my window...Sun beaming down on the grass , birds very happily chirping and.... oh, a woodpecker finding a treasure of his own

I am thinking...Man my toast taste good

I am thankful for...That when times are changing that My Lord never changes.

From the learning rooms...plugging away at math and Phonics

From the kitchen...Banana Bread, Pumpkin muffins

I am wearing...jeans skirt, favorite brown short sleeve shirt, black fluffy slippers and a green sweater... yup it's a bit chilly for July

I am creating... A dessert list for a Ordination service, Menu for graduation Party, and thinking about painting the kitchen

I am going... Grocery shopping

I am reading... Nothing at the moment

I am hoping...to get much accomplished today

I am hearing... the clicking of the coffee maker... hmmm... maybe i should have more?

Around the house...Is quiet, every one is sleeping

One of my favorite things...right now it's homemade bread toasted with raspberry jam....mmmm

A few plans for the rest of the week:.... catching up with laundry, mopping the floor, going to Thomsans Lake with kids, cleaning the pool, ect. ect. ect.
Here is picture thought I am sharing...My oldest Daughters Grad picture... well one of them.

Take a look at this blog Grandmother Renn she is having us post our day books over here while Peggy is on vacation

I enjoyed reading your daybook. Nice photo! Congratulations on her graduation.

I love homemade bread! Haven't tried making it for years, though. Maybe I'll try again. :)
