I am home alone and I found a recipe that I am going to try.... I'll tell you how it came out. Turn onto floured board and knead 5 minutes. Place in 9x5 inch greased bread pan. Brush top with melted butter (sprinkle with sesame seeds). Cover and let rise in a warm place 30 to 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from pan, brush with butter. (If necessary cover with foil the last 10 minutes of baking to avoid overbrowning.)
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. pizza sauce
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Italian seasoning mix
2 3/4 c. bread flour
