So today was the second day of my training.
I am surprised at myself.
Yesterday I was in pain.... today I woke up and actually did my rotation.
It is amazing to me what our bodies were made to do this... what is wrong with may brain.
I am glad to be able to see my goal .... and excited to do it.

Pastor Ben gave me good advice--ice the sore spots, and take ibuprofen after the workout to help with swelling and inflammation--it helped my knee immensely!
