I have been resting my knee this week and it is healing.
I hope by next week ( Monday ) I will be back to running.

I'm also enjoying some rest--but not because of a hurt knee. Rainy days are sometimes fun because I don't feel guilty about staying inside and getting things done...like laundry and baking bagels! These are restful activities, in a way. Happy Rainy Day!
